At Midwest Tread, we are committed to providing high-quality wheels, tires, and accessories. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our return policy below:
Non-Returnable Items
Installed or Mounted Products: We do not accept returns for any items that have been installed, mounted, or used. This includes wheels and tires that have been mounted on vehicles or had tires mounted on wheels.
Eligible Returns
Uninstalled Products: Items that have not been installed or used and are in their original, unopened packaging may be eligible for return.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Products must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging, hardware, and documentation.
Return Process
Authorization: Contact our customer service team at info@midwesttread.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Inspection: Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected. If the product meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
