        Shipping Methods

        We ship via major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and LTL Freight, depending on the size and weight of your order. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is processed.

        Shipping Rates

        Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of the items in your cart.

        Transit Times

        • Standard Ground Shipping: 2–7 business days

        • Freight Shipping (Large Items/Wheel & Tire Packages): 3–10 business days
          Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

        Important Notes

        • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

        • Oversized or mounted items may require additional processing time.

        • Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours.

        At Midwest Tread, we are committed to providing high-quality wheels, tires, and accessories. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our return policy below:

        Non-Returnable Items

        • Installed or Mounted Products: We do not accept returns for any items that have been installed, mounted, or used. This includes wheels and tires that have been mounted on vehicles or had tires mounted on wheels.

        Eligible Returns

        • Uninstalled Products: Items that have not been installed or used and are in their original, unopened packaging may be eligible for return.

        • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

        • Condition: Products must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging, hardware, and documentation.

        Return Process

        1. Authorization: Contact our customer service team at info@midwesttread.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

        2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

        3. Inspection: Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected. If the product meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed.

        Restocking Fee

        • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.

        Damaged or Defective Items

        • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
