At www.midwesttread.com, we aim to get your automotive accessories and parts to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


📦 Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Custom or built-to-order items may require additional lead time. Estimated timeframes will be noted on the product page or emailed to you after checkout.


🚚 Shipping Methods

  • We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the item size, weight, and destination.

  • Freight shipments (e.g., lift kits, bumpers, oversized items) will be delivered via LTL carriers and may require customer availability for scheduled delivery.


🌍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.

  • No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.


💵 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. 

  • Orders over $500 may qualify for free standard shipping (excluding oversized or freight-only items).


🚛 Freight & Oversized Items

  • Some items (e.g., wheels, tires, racks, lift kits) may ship via freight. In these cases:

    • You will be contacted to schedule delivery.

    • A signature may be required.

    • Deliveries are curbside only.


📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order status through your account or the shipping carrier’s website.


Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods

  • Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Report visible damage within 24 hours to avoid claim denial.

  • If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Info@midwesttread.com


🔁 Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to refused or undeliverable shipments, including return shipping fees.


🛠️ Installation Responsibility

  • We recommend verifying fitment before installation. Once an item is installed, it is no longer eligible for return unless defective.
